Regional and international information and communications technology (ICT) providers converged at the GITEX Technology Week in Dubai, U.A.E. and showcased innovative solutions for hardware, network, office, business, and telecommunications. About 150,000 attendees flocked the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Center (DICEC) from Oct. 17 to 21 to check on the innovative solutions being offered by 3,500 exhibitors. As this year marks the occasion of the 30th founding anniversary of GITEX, special events were conducted to add weight to the show as the main trade sourcing platform in the Middle East.
