At BIRTV, Opportunities Knock as China Moves to Digital, HD

In China, the shift to digital and high-definition (HD) equipment continues to gather momentum. Hoping to profit from that trend, many prominent Japanese companies exhibited at the 19th Beijing International Radio, TV & Film Equipment Exposition (BIRTV 2010), which took place from August 23 through 26 at the China International Exhibition Center (CIEC) in Beijing. In addition, to the latest digital and HD equipment, Japanese exhibitors also showcased products tailored for China's growing interest in information technology and in products for boosting efficiency.
