Although 3D technology is touted as the next wave of innovation that will lift the global consumer electronics industry for the next 10 years, the recent 2010 International Consumer Electronics Show (CES 2010) however showed that the future of the industry does not only hinge to 3D.rnAcross the show floors, astonishing innovations can be found everywhere, including a new breed of mobile computing devices like Smartbooks, Wi-Fi enabled e-books or e-read-ers, slate personal computers, ultra slim and thin LED TVs, 3G mobile broadband-enabled smart-phones, and even speech-recognition system in car-infotainment systems.
