摘要

Metal structures in quartz crystals were obtained by electrodiffusion in air with differnt metal sources at the anode. The dynamics and the properties fo these structures, for different conditions of temperture, applied elekctric field and anode material were studied. Current-voltage characteristics, Arrhenius plot, optical microscoy, electronic microscopy and thermoluminescnce glow curve were employed.
