摘要

The growth of ZnLiNbO_4 (ZLN)melt, was investigated by he laser heated pedestal growth technqiue. The growth of ZLN is distinguished by an incongruent behavior. The crystal fibers obtained were characterized by optical microscopy, EDX microprobe and Raman scattering. The crystal structure of ZLN was also predetermined and attempts to obtain a second harmonic generation (SHG) signal were performed on power and crystals.
