Editorial Introduction

摘要

This volume contains the papers presented at the fourteenth International Conference on Metal Organic Vapor Phase Epitaxy (IC-MOVPE XIV), which was held from June 1to6, at the "The Arsenal" conference centre in Metz, France. Since the first conference in Ajaccio (France) 1981, this biennial event has become the most important meeting dedicated to this epitaxial method, which today dominates research in materials growth and industrial production of optoelectronic and electronic devices made from compound semiconductors.
