No One solution will fit every project, but choosing Delivery systems may be easier if you keep in Mind a few observations that I have gleaned From more than 20 years of experience as a Contractor. During this time I have seen many Instances of the following: Architects and engineers laboring under Owner demands; Contractors complaining about architects' And engineers' unresponsiveness to schedule, Budget, constructibility and common sense; Owners chanting their mantra of "Cheaper … faster," and wondering why no one is listen- ing to them; Owners' representatives further confusing The communication cycles; Attorneys salivating over the whole situa- Tion.
