Balancing Corporate and Personal Values

摘要

The career development of a professional should not be viewed solely in terms of technical and managerial skill. Advancing one's ability to make value decisions is a critical component of professional development. Unfortunately, the resources for an individual or a company to improve their knowledge of professional value responsibilities are not readily available. In this paper, the approach promulgated by the Institute for Professional Practice is presented as a way of evaluating value conflicts in which a professional might become involved.
