An Approach to Automated Eliciting, Representation, and Processing of Knowledge with Not-Factors

The paper is devoted to a discussion of the problem of automated designing knowledge bases for integrated expert system. In the framework of this problem, problems of eliciting, representation, and processing of fuzzy, uncertain, imprecise, and certain forms of incomplete knowledge are considered. A specific approach to solving this problem is proposed. This approach is based on the task-oriented methodology of constructing integrated expert systems based on facilities of the AT-TECHNOLOGY tool system.
