A tool environment intended for constructing adaptive simulation models of distributed systems is considered. The distributed systems are represented as complex systems with structured meassage flows. The tools allow one to analyze the dynamics and behavior of distributed systems at the design stage, as well as to obtain optimal parameters of operation for these systems and their optimal configurations through the use of adaptation. The tool environment is intended for simulation of complex computer systems, along with business processes of distributed organizations, regions, and branches.
