Encyclopedic Models in Artifical Intelligence

摘要

In contrast to traditional knowledge bases for expert systems intended for the work with bounded subject domains, a knowledge base in encyclopedic intelligent systems must represent large and nonuniform bulks of knowledge. Therefore, the development of encyclopedic bases has some specificity that does not allow one the direct use of the standard design technology of traditional knowledge bases for expert system. In this work the technology of the development of such knowledge bases is described.
