The Analysis of Multiuser network Systems with Regard to the Uncertainty: V.Problems and Methods of Studying Feasibility under Conditions of Random Capacity

A problem of analyzing efficiency of multiuser network systems with a random capacity of edges of a physical graph of a network is considered. A number of probabilistic and stochastic statements of the corresponding problem of feasibility of multicommodity flow networks are proposed. Statements that take into account the possible shortage of information (incomplete or inexact information) about a distribution function of random factors are studied. Procedures for the solution of originating problems of stochasitc optimization are given.
