An Optimal Discrete System with Specified Positioning of Poles

A methodology for designing an optimal discrete system with a specified positioning of the poles which is too complicated is presented in the recently published paper. We will show that it can be simplified considerably by using a polynomial equation with three unknown polynomials [2, pp. 164-167].
