摘要

An intelligent decision-support system is described for uncertainty conditions. The mathematical core of the system is based on multicriteria methods of decision support: hierarchy and network analyses. New algorithms were developed for solving dynamical problems, allowing us to predict the priorities in time. Algorithms that eliminate the restriction on the number of simultaneously compared objects were constructed. Representation methods and techniques are proposed for knowledge extraction from data. Examples of how the intelligent system can be applied in solving problems of conceptual design are presented.
