Intelligent Scheduling Processes and Controlling Workload in Computing Systems

摘要

Methods and algorithms of adaptive scheduling processes and workload control in computing systems are considered. Great prospects opened by computing systems in solution of complex scientific and technical problems and control, and a qualitative leap in the volume of their production during the recent years stipulate the interest of researchers and developers to well-known unsolved problems. The main problems are related to the search of languages, methods, and environments of parallel and distributed programming which are universal in some sense, and construction of management systems for computing systems.
