In order to solve the problem of how to create a long-distance oil pipeline to establish a reasonable economic monitoring system and the implementation of effective monitoring and tubing, this article includes an explanation of a design for the hardware structure and the control terminal of a pipeline monitoring system through an analysis of pipeline process characteristics and risk factors and a comprehensive analysis of the oil pipeline leakage, discussing in detail the system of information collection, automation control dynamic monitoring, state analysis, information fusion, based on the content and method of development of GIS pipeline management.
