摘要

The scattering of circularly polarized waves by a cylinder with mixed conductance along general- ized screw lines is investigated. Strong resonance effects in thin, as compared with the wavelength, cylinders are discovered that occur for both circular polarizations but at different frequencies. It is established that these frequencies do not depend on the angle of incidence of the plane wave.
