Synthesis and Analysis of Small Low-Frequency Filters on Corrugated Rectangular Waveguides with Arbitrary Distribution of the Section Heights

The procedurces for the synthesis and analysis of small low-frequency filters (LFFs) on capacitive apertures are constructed using rigorous electrodynamic algorithms. The properties of different structures in the single- and multimode ranges are investigated. It is shown that the considered filters substantially excel traditional designs with respect to overall dimensions and yield them with respect to widebandedness.
