摘要

The double-sided boundary conditions for time-harmonic electromagnetic fields on the surface of a thin-wall magnetodielectric envelope are obtained. The envelope medium inside the layer moves with a constant velocity tangential to the surface of the envelope. The boundary conditions are approximate and obtained in the approximation of a locally plane wave using the Lorentz-invariant Maxwell equations.
