摘要

The cross correlation of the level and phase fluctuations of the frequency-separated millimeter radio waves propagating in the bottom turbulent atmosphere is investigated. The influence of parameters of the boundary turbulent layer and directional characteristics of the radiation are analyzed in different parts of the considered electromagnetic spectrum. The results of calculations are compared with the experimental data obtained on a 4-km path in the low-frequency region of the band.
