Relative difference sets (RDSs) are applied to the design of periodic binary sequences (BSs) providing low-loss sidelobe suppression and nonuniformly spaced antenna arrays with sidelobe-peak control. Two new families of asymptotically optimum binary codes and several interesting configurations of Leeper arrays are described.
