摘要

The problem of diffraction of a plane electromagnetic wave by a strip with anisotropic conductivity is considered. When the width of the strip is much less than the wavelength, the analytical solution of the problem is obtained and investigated. The resonance phenomena are discovered in the form of an abrupt increase of the total radar cross section that occurs at certain values of the frequency and angle of incidence of the plane wave.
