摘要

The scattering of plane circularly polarized waves by a sphere with axial-symmetric mixed conductivity along spiral lines is investigated. The total radar cross section (RCS) is calculated as a function of frequency. Resonance conditions are discovered in the low-frequency region of the spectrum.
