摘要

The mathematical models of the electrodynamic level of correctness are elaborated for integrated structures of microwave spin-wave electronics (strip-slot transformers and layered ferrite-dielectric waveguides). The approach is based on the Maxwell equations combined with the equation of motion of magnetization in ferromagnetic and enables one to investigate the propagation of electromagnetic waves (EMWs) under the conditions of excitation of magnetostatic modes and transformation and resonance interaction of dynamic and magnetostaic modes. A numerical analysis of the spectrum of EMWs and magnetostatic waves (MSWs) of strip waveguides with ferrite films is performed.
