Reduction in the shear transverse wave (STW) velocity under the Bragg condition is experimentally investigated as a function of the relief depth on the surface of yxls/32 deg/90 deg piezoelectric quariz in a resonator structure with transverse coupled modes. The factors that specify the limit selectivity of bandpass filters on such structures fabricated on a piezoelectric quartz and other materials are determined.
