Mathematical models of the reflection of a plane electromagnetic wave from wavy interfaces based on the method of integral equations are considered. Both strictly periodic cylindrical surfaces and cylindrical surfaces that differ from a plane over a finite interval are investigated. The results of numerical investigation of different mathematical models are presented.
