Analysis of Distribution of Intensity of the Reflected Beam in the Scheme of Prism Excitation of Dielectric Waveguides

摘要

The solutions of the inverse problems of reconsructing the complex propagation constants of modes and the parameters of waveguide films are obtained. The method is based on the processing of angular distribution of the intensity of the reflected beam in the scheme of the prism excitation of planar dielectric waveguides.
