Synthesis and catalytic properties of cobalt- and molybdenum-containing mesoporous MCM-41 molecular sieves

Mesoporous MCM-41 type silicas containing molybdenum and co balt have been prepared with pore sizes in the range 30-38 A and 54-59 A. Catalytic properties of these materials have been examined with respect to the oxidation of cyclooctene and aniline.
