The issue of incompressible kink modes propagation in the current carrying plasma cylinder with an azimuthal magnetic field and the vertical field surrounded by a current-free plasma and a homogeneous magnetic field is investigated in cylindrical system of coordinates. It is assumed that the plasma azimuthal magnetic field decreases over r~(-1) of the boundary of the plasma pinch. The dispersion equation which is the main result of this work was obtained in the approximation of a "thin" plasma tube. By this equation it was shown that the unstable modes are realized including a global kink mode with poloidal wave number m = 1. The results can be applied to interpreting the behavior of solar magnetic flux tubes.
