Grüneisen constants of some group V and VI elements

摘要

Some comments on the evaluation of the Grüneisen parameter from a log(Debye temperature)‐vs‐log(atomic volume) plot are presented. The values of the Grüneisen constant of group V and group VI elements obtained from this plot are 1.57 and 0.8, respectively.
