Erratum: 'Effect of Eu~(3+) concentration on the grating efficiency and ionic conductivity in sodium-magnesium-aluminosilicate glasses' [J. Appl. Phys. 92, 2235 (2002)]

Due to an error in the program used to calculate △n from the experimentally determined diffraction efficiency, the values of △n_(per), △n_(tran), and M_o reported are not correct. As a result, the values of the change in the index of refraction in Table I, Fig. 2, Fig. 7, and the fitting parameter M_o in Table Ⅱ are affected. The correct tables and figures follow. The discussion and conclusions are not affected by these corrections.
