摘要

A mathematic mistake in the article is corrected and the conclusion in the article still holds. A calculation is also performed to show the method proposed is doable. All the concerns in the Comment are discussed. Reference 1 proposed a method utilizing the dark lock-in thermography (DLIT) technique to evaluate the resistance distribution of solar cells using the amplitude and phase of the temperature variation over the solar cell samples. The Comment indicates a mathematical mistake in the derivation in Ref. 1 along with other issues. This reply will address and discuss all the issues.
