Determination of Alpha-Amylase by Automated Flow Analysis

摘要

Repeatability coefficients of variation for the measurement of alpha-amylase by the Skalar iodine method ranged from 1.5 to 4.2% and were judged acceptable. Reproducibility coefficients of variation for the measurement of alpha-amylase by the Skalar iodine method ranged from 12.2 to 15.6% and were judged unacceptable.
