Repeatability coefficients of variation for the determination of a-amylase using potassium ferricyanide ranged from 0.86 to 5.01% and were judged acceptable.rnReproducibility coefficients of variation for the determination of a-amylase using potassium ferricyanide ranged from 2.55 to 15.17% and were judged unacceptable.
