摘要

Two carotenoids, fucoxanthin and zeaxanthin, were covalently attached to each of five different pyropheophorbides. Singlet-singlet energy transfer within these ten carotenopyropheophorbide compounds was measured by femtosecond transient absorption spectroscopy and steady-state fluorescence excitation spectroscopy.
