From Within the Java Community Process Program

Welcome to the February edition of the JCP program column. Each month you can read about the Java Community Process program: newly submitted JSRs, new draft specs, Java APIs that were finalized, and other news from the JCP. JCP members have been busy since my last column, submitting over six new JSRs! This time around I'll cover some new JSRs recently submitted in the Web services area, and some JSRs from the telecommunications community and from the Micro Edition folks.
