以上のように、将軍•「将軍家族」の公的•私的空間おける室内意匠として、公的空間である御対面所•御座之間、及び私的空間である御守殿•御小座敷の天井•長押•欄間•壁の仕様を明らかにした。このうち、殿舎の格を序列化できる優位な指標として、壁仕様を指摘できる。%In succession to the previous article, this paper aims to clarify the hierarchy in various edifices, existing within the principal section of women's sector in the Edo castle, called Ohoku Goten-muki, by taking notice of their interior decoration, during the Koka-Manen eras. As a result, the edifices served for the public assembly were categorized into three grades: the Gotaimenjo as a superior, the Gozanoma as a second, and the Goshuden as a third grade.In contrast, the Okozashiki was assigned to the edifice for the private life of the Shogun and the shogunal wife.
