Digital defenders: US Navy evolves strategy and tactics to stay ahead of the silent enemy

The US Fleet Cyber Command (FCC) was established in early 2010. At the same time, the US 10th Fleet (C10F) was recommissioned to serve as FCC's operational arm, executing its mission through a task force structure like other warfare commanders. Today, C10F is an operational force with more than 16,000 active and reserve sailors and civilians organised.
