Ben Chen

摘要

Ben Chen (M), an ITE member since 2002, is the principal-in-charge of Midwestern Software Solutions (MS2), a transportation software company he founded in Ann Arbor, MI in 2003. Ben received his under-graduate degree at just 19 years old from the Tongji University in Shanghai, China, followed by both an M.S. and Ph.D. in civil engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and the University of Michigan, respectively.
