摘要

Due to the increase of the number of the Internet users, the Internet becomes a new in- formation channel between customers and enterprises. However, World Wide Web(WWW) provide only one way communication, and WWW systems and CTI (computer and telephony integration) systems have been realized on different networks. We propose an integrative sys- tem of WWW and CTI. Integrating the telephony function into WWW can provide real-time and bidirectional communication for customers. The technologies, which integrate WWW and CTI, are call distribution, session management, page synchronization on browsers and Tele-pointing over synchronized web pages.
