The BLG Logistics Group, based in Bremen (Germany), says that its business with new vehicles is one of the corporation's main pillars. The long-established company regards itself as a full service provider for the automobile domain. BLG's offers range from handling and PDI inspections of imported vehicles to pre and post feeder services in the hinterland. In spring 2008, the corporation acquired a majority stake in Car Transport Logistics (CTL) in Mainz. Since that date, this entity has been trading under the name BLG Autorail GmbH. The ITJ spoke to its founder and managing partner Gerald Binz about the state of the firm and his plans.
