摘要

This paper reviews the methods of producing elastomeric nanocomposites using layered silicates, with particular reference to the structure of the filler and the produced nanocomposite. Consideration is given to the influence of the nature of the polymer, and the effect of the vulcanising group. Methods for the production of polymer nanocomposites with layered silicates are described, with particular reference to in-situ polymerisation, intercalation during mixing, emulsion polymerisation, solution methods and the production of nanocomposites from latices. 35 refs.
