One of the author's names appeared incorrectly. The correct author's names appear above.It's important to note that, in page 5381, Fig. 7 compares the power density change of the blank cell and the LSM-infiltrated cell with time under constant voltage of 0.7 V at 750 ℃. It is our aim to demonstrate and get the deterioration rate of the two cells. So the activation process (an increase in performance initially) for LSM-infiltrated cell after applying a bias voltage was not given in the Fig. 7.
