This book is a compendium comprising four volumes A-D, E-K, L-R and S-Z. It encompasses everyday recipes from 200 countries and sometimes also distinct regions such as the Basque country which straddles Spain and France. The objective of the book is to introduce students and others to the diversity of foods from all over the world. The first edition has been revised in order to introduce the use of sweets and snacks in each country, bowing to the bad change in eating habits throughout the world.
