摘要

As a new emerging industry, digital media technology develops rapidly in recent years. So, how to improve the quality of teaching methods has become an urgent issue (Vidovich, 2002). A closed-up multi-dimension monitoring system (CMMS) for teaching quality monitoring and management in an open and active way is proposed in this paper. The system illustrates that a self-evaluation and self-improving monitoring system for university education has the potential to enhance teaching quality and improve capacity-training of students. We have made innovative practices in teaching material construction, teaching content development, and students' assessment. We have also achieved some positive results in the innovations. The teaching monitoring method has the potential to be used to guide innovations in other subjects or programmes.
