Cultured Neural Networks are biological networks grown in order to achieve specific goals. Topics of interest for this issue include: 1. Modelling, Identification and Stimulation of network activity 2. Network Control of robots or simulations 3. Feedback Control-Network/Technology 4. Signal Processing of Network Activity 5. Adaptive Control of Culturing Process In line with the journal's framework, the key emphasis in this issue will be on the adaptive control and signal processing aspects of the growth and use of such networks, rather than on an in depth biological discourse.
