Foreword

摘要

This special issue features seven papers based on presentations at the fourth Asia-Pacific Conference on Library & Information Education and Practice (A-LIEP): Issues, Challenges and Opportunities. The Conference was held 22-24 June 2011, Pullman Putrajaya Lakeside, Putrajaya, Malaysia. These papers were selected from the 75 presented at the Conference. Special thanks are extended to Professor Dr. Szarina Abdullah, Faculty of Information Management, Universiti Teknologia MARA in Selangor, Malaysia. Dr. Abdullah very kindly approached the editor of MLR with the opportunity to select presentations to be revised and published in MLR.
