Gas Price Arbitrations: A Practical Handbook

This book is described as a practical handbook, and indeed that is certainly what it is. From a total of 10 short chapters, nearly all written by lawyers, it contains three on the elements of contractual price review provisions, a couple on the possible impact of procedural issues and confidentiality provisions on the arbitral decision, and further chapters discussing the role and perspective of the participants in the process-the client, the expert witness and the arbitrators themselves. Legal teams are recommended to draft effective price review clauses (which would reduce the need for study of this book) and there are some suggestions as to how the price review regime could be improved.
