Moving into Europe

Undoubtedly, the prospect of Poland's accession to the EU has motivated Poles to undertake many constructive steps. This is due to the conditions, requirements and challenges that our country must meet in order to be admitted to the EU. Among those steps there are many which have made an impact on the telecommunications market. The changes which have formed the Polish telecommunications market as it is today began in early nineties. In the last twelve years we can distinguish three phases in Polish telecommunications policy.
