The mobile phone remains one of the wonders of modern life but only now does the industry seem to be aware that its capabilities not only can be, but should be, much extended.rnWelcome to the world of the mobile user experience (UX), a critical issue for next generation mobile phones that will need to easily manage complex data, voice and video environments for users. As the study of the interaction of device and service functionality and user behaviour, it's a wide and ever-deepening concept because the relationship between phones and users is getting more complex. UX perhaps eptomises a new way of thinking - but one yet to be fully codified.
